Senior Policy Manager, brings more than a decade of experience at the intersection of government, private industry, and social development.

He designs and implements public policy and regulatory strategies that translate innovation, data, and institutional frameworks into actionable insights for decision-makers. He has led cross-sector initiatives with governments, international organizations, and civil society to advance innovation. 

He holds a Master of Science in Public and Urban Policy from The New School and a bachelor’s degree in political science and public administration from Universidad Iberoamericana. His previous experience includes roles at Google Cloud, The GovLab Academy (NYU), and the New York City Mayor’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer.
